Nine buyer categories. One curated database.
Not every wholesale buyer sells the same way. Our retailer database spans nine distinct categories — each requiring its own data sources, enrichment signals, and outreach approach.
Independent brick-and-mortar
Boutiques, gift shops, home-goods stores, specialty retail — the core of the dataset.
Online-only retailers
Ecommerce shops sourcing wholesale for their curated storefronts.
Pop-ups & markets
Seasonal and recurring pop-up operators, makers-market organizers, traveling vendors.
Social-led sellers
Instagram/TikTok-native brands that sell through DMs, Shopify, and live shopping.
Hospitality
Hotels, boutique lodging, spas, short-term-rental operators stocking guest amenities.
Food & beverage
Cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, bars — on-premise and retail-adjacent.
Medical & wellness
Medspas, dermatology offices, chiropractors, acupuncture clinics — retail tied to practice.
Offices & corporate
Workplace gifting, employee appreciation, client-gift programs at scale.
Event & experience
Wedding planners, event stylists, experiential venues — bulk and recurring buyers.
What's in the database today
Our 250,000-record dataset skews toward independent brick-and-mortar retail, with meaningful depth in hospitality and online-only lanes. The other buckets — pop-ups, social-led sellers, medical & wellness, corporate, events — are represented, but shallower.
When a client needs a specific category scaled up, we extend on demand: add new source queries, enrichment passes, and deliverability checks against that bucket. Category-specific extension is part of how we work, not an upsell.
Head-to-toe enrichment on every record
A retailer name and an email address isn't a lead. Every record we ship passes through a four-source enrichment pipeline before it touches a campaign.
Google Maps
Verified location, operating hours, phone, category match, storefront photos, and review density as a signal of active operation.
Search
Website discovery, recent news mentions, press pickup, and any published wholesale inquiry forms.
Socials
Active Instagram + TikTok handles, recent post cadence, engagement signals, and cross-references to confirm this retailer actually operates here.
Website
Product mix confirmation, price tier, brand adjacency, and the specific contact paths their site surfaces — info@, wholesale@, or a named buyer.
How we match retailers to your ICP.
Three steps, in order. Intake to lock in product fit and target territory; lane selection to prioritize the source channels that actually carry your buyers; scoring + filter to make sure every record we ship clears both enrichment and ICP-match thresholds.
Intake.
Product fit, target geography, brand adjacency, eligible buyer buckets, price tier. We translate your ICP into the source-lane and enrichment criteria the matching pipeline actually runs against.
Lane selection.
The right source lanes get prioritized — brick-and-mortar for boutiques, social directories for online-only sellers, hospitality directories for F&B, retail-adjacent practices for medical and wellness. The lanes that won't carry your buyers get deprioritized.
Scoring + filter.
Records pass an enrichment threshold and an ICP-match score before they land in your delivery. Below threshold goes back into the pipeline for re-enrichment or gets filtered out — your file only contains records that cleared both bars.
What you receive.
