CRM Setup & Management

Faire Direct and the sanctioned Faire + Shopify integration let every order flow buyer email, phone, and shipping address into systems you own. Set up correctly, your customer database grows with every Faire order — not despite it.

We stand up the integration end-to-end: ShipStation or comparable pipeline, Shopify customer tagging, Klaviyo list sync, and a simple external landing spot so the relationships survive if Faire ever suspends the account. The pattern: Faire is a sales channel, the customer database is yours.
